Alan Freishtat is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Wellness Coach. He has completed the eCornell Certificate course in Plant Based nutrition. Additionally, Alan has contributed articles, as a Health and Lifestyle columnist, to The Jerusalem Post, Hamodia International edition, INYAN Magazine (U.S. edition), Yeshiva World News, and has contributed to numerous other publications as well. Alan sat on the Board of Advisors for Find A Trainer-Israel.

More than 30 years ago, Alan took control of his own health and quality of life and is now devoted to helping others do the same. Involved in the health, fitness, and the exercise industry for over 25 years, Alan has operated a highly successful personal training business in Jerusalem for over 25 years and has been a health and wellness coach for the last 10 years. His focus as a coach is disease prevention and reversal. There are numerous people who are no longer suffer from diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, kidney disease and lower back pain who owe their new found lives to Alan. Alan has specialty certifications for weight loss and behavioral change as well. Many of his clients have eliminated or reduced their medications including those for mental health issues. He sees his clients both in his Jerusalem office and by Zoom in many different parts of the world. “I love what I do, and I am passionate about the need for each and every one of us to take our health into our own control.”
