BSc in Biology, specialized in Biotechnology. Master in Business Administration (MBA), from the Carlos III University of Madrid, University of Barcelona and University of Alicante. MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (two-year master). MSc in Agri-food Biotechnology from the University of Valencia.

Currently, she is working as a R&D Project Monitoring Technician at CDTI, Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology, in Madrid, which belongs to the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities of Spain.

For 14 years, participation, coordination and/or management of 23 European/International projects and more than 230 regional and national projects, highlighting the preparation, monitoring and justification of more than 23 R&D projects financed by the CDTI.

From 2013 to 2015, coordinator of the European project SOHEALTHY “Mediterranean Research Network on Footcare Sector”, promoting the creation of a Euro-Mediterranean network on diabetic health.
